Hello Everyone,

We are working on an online machine translation engine (like Bing translator, just smaller), and we would like a great website for it. We don't have much content, but it should look nice and modern, so be creative! Also please keep in mind that we would like to build a responsive site.
Currently the website is based on a template, that I've attached (old.jpg) but we want something much better.

Layout:
Head: A word-based logo (that we can edit easily - just use "translate.com"), a header image can be placed here, but we don't want a "huge slider" type header. We will also have a few links here, you can get the idea from the old design, but you don't have to stick to it, we are open to new things.
Sidebar: We would like a sidebar, preferably left side, (maybe hidden on mobile), only for some partner links and sponsor ads.
Main content: The translator form should be on the top of the main content, followed by a few paragraphs of text describing our work, etc.
Translator form: Just like with header links, see the old design, but we are open to new ideas.
Subpages: There will be a few subpages too (help, about us, terms, etc), but we will use the same design without the translator form.
