I need a logo with the Text as: "R K Web Solutions", where R.K. Stands for "RajKar", or "rajkar" or "RAJKAR".

Let me detail you about the Business for which I need a logo. RajKar (R.K.) Web Solutions is a company specializing in Search Engine Optimization Services (so you can also use steady improving charts/bars/arrows as symbols), Social Media Marketing, Online Marketing & Web Development Services.

Ideas -
1. Use text "RajKar" with R & K in large & then the text "Web Solutions"
2. Write 1st "RK" using some creativity, then the text "RajKar" using some better font style & in normal fonts "Web Solutions"
3. Write 1st "RajKar", or may be in all caps "RAJKAR" & below it the text "RK Web Solutions"

Most Important: I need the symbol in this color code: #43b4ae (based on the theme I used for my Website)

If you can Tagline, then it would be as: "Instead Finding, Get Found!"
