I want a design mockup of only THE HOMEPAGE to be designed in photoshop or any other software without the front end coding - only nice and modern graphic design.

I will provide a guide on the content that should be included in the homepage, but I need you to come up with designs that LOOK NICE (really good UI/UX, nice fonts and nice colors for text), and I will choose the best looking design (and pay the winner $50), then award the complete frontend coding development and graphic design of the Real Estate website to the best designer (which will be around 600 USD).

I have prepared a hand written mockup/wireframe of what the homepage should include, and I also provide some instructions on what else to do in the mockup.
