I am looking for a creative graphic artist to design a flyer for my Property Development/Construction company.
The business is called Floripa Construções and we build 4-5 apartment blocks in Brazil. The apartments will be sold to people buying their first home and we want to sell the dream of owning property, as well as a lifestyle.
I intend to build this company to be immediately recognisable in future years as a huge developer across the state of Santa Catarina. I need the marketing to have impact and be memorable. I am currently running a contest to design our website: www.floripaconstrucoes.com.br

The first Construction is called Residential Aelius. Aelius is the greek word for sun. I would like to keep the same symbol for the name which is on the flyer mockup, in the top left hand corner and represents the sun.
The city where the first construction is being built is Araquari.
I have attached a mock up of a flyer so you can see the text we would like to include but we want to improve on the design and bring it in line with our corporate logo, make it more aspirational and visually appealing. I do like the addition of a family enjoying the home so an image to represent this would be ideal. Please submit something original and unique.
