I need a Golf score card created - this needs to be A5 (so two fit on one A4) with 2mm print margins. there needs to be a 2mm gap between the two cards (so the A4 can cut in half)

This is to be double sided...This will then be cut in half to produce two A5 Score cards

The image on one side
The score card on the other

One side needs to have the image I have supplied supplied on it... So that side is simple

The other side needs to have the text I have supplied on it with some faint/watermarked/faded images of golf or golf related images under the text. please make the score card look like a real one! Rule 6 needs to be highlighted
