Need to have your help creating a workout video that is funny then calls for action to help raise awareness for the fact that being overweight kills an estimated 300,000 Americans every year, that's 1 in 5 deaths. A good friend of mine recently passed away from a heart attack, so trying to raise awareness and talk about the benefits for getting healthy.

The winning video will be used in promotions and will work in a combination of a funny workout video for the hook, give a personal story about someone who passed away from heart disease, cancer, stroke, or diabetes. Being overweight is the #1 risk factor for over 60 diseases. Getting healthy has a large number of benefits including increased energy and mental focus. Then ask for their support for the challenge. Slogan is saving lives one workout at a time.

The video should encourage people to pick up the welcome package, register for the official challenge, and tag work out photos with #tpgcworkoutchallenge to raise awareness. Videos need to also be able to be understood with the sound off as many people browse without sound.

16x9 aspect ratio, 2 minutes or less as this will be used in an ad to bring people into the challenge page. I may use the winner on future projects.
