This project requires any applicants be proficient with the use of 3d modelling software and Valve's source filmmaker.
I'm creating an animation and require a custom asset for my production. The model I need is of the 12th Doctor, as played by Peter Capaldi. I've included reference images of the 12th Doctor's outfit for your use. The model may be a realistic recreation or cartoonish adaptation, this is down to contestant's preference and both will be considered.
Requirements; The model needs to have full facial animations, preferably with the ability to use extracted dialogue phonemes, but this is not essential if the facial animations are decent enough to not need it. The skeleton should preferably be the Valvebiped skeleton however I will not disqualify entries that use the regular biped if they are of a high quality. As a bonus participants may choose to add the Half Life 2 NPC animation sequences to the model, as this will speed up animation time substantially. Again this is non essential as SFM has several techniques to puppet animations, but the best entries may be requested for other custom models. My messages are open and will remain as such for the duration of the proceedings, further inquires are encouraged to get the best possible result. Best of luck to all participants.

  I use Source Filmmaker for animations, I'm looking for a model that I can move the facial features of to lip sync to dialogue I've selected for the animation.

Can you change the file type of the contest to .mp4/.avi/.mov so we can upload a video of the model in the Source Filmmaker environment? bc I don't believe there is someone who even can correctly import a custom model there so people will only be posting either rigid models which can't get animated or models in other software with rigs can't be imported to Source Engine.

  I changed the files to video for you but I'm afraid I can't increase the budget, I am aware that it's rather low for a custom model but I don't have a lot of funds, although I agree with you that 12 is a great doctor. I do also plan on making him a lot angrier using one of Capaldi's other roles.

  Thanks! Well totally understandable. I already have 20+ viseme and 40+ facial expression library so the only thing there is to sculpt the Capaldi and import it into Source Engine with all the flexes and rigs.

$100 usd is really low, 3D skill takes time and experience to develope, If you don't have the funds lower your requirements.
