I need to convert this scanned builders contract into an editable PDF version that I can use instead of print copies. I require the contract to be exactly the same text with the same or very similar font. The layout shall be exactly the same so it may require starting a new document and copying the content.

Please provide 2-3 pages as a minimum for me to check prior to awarding.

I will not accept "working on it" submissions.
