Our new company is called Property Partnership.
We are a new residential building and development company that construct 2 storey multi-units in partnership with existing land and homeowners.

We are looking for a logo that suggests partnership but isn't too obvious. We would like it to be simple and modern in style with a soft approachable edge.

We would like to have both the name, Property Partnership, and the logo looked at to either be together or work apart.

We work as a project management office and take clients with existing single home properties and help develop them into 3 city housing units. We take care of all of the development, from design and costings, to permit and construction and then selling, to make it easy for them to experience the profits that a property developer would normally generate.
