Brand is to be called Cake cycling, named after the classic cycling culture of making a cafe stop during group (and sometimes solo) rides.

The brand is to be a high quality performance road/endurance cycling apparel brand and the garments produced will be ethically and environmentally sourced, with the high quality technical gear that has been designed to a high standard. The logo will be extremely important, as it will be found on all garments in the range, with prominence, especially on the back of the bib shorts (the bit between the bottom of the shirt and the bum) and the front of the jersey.

My imagination of the logo would be to somehow incorporate a cake which I think would look cool with a brightly coloured cartoonish kind of look, a bit like the style that the doughnuts look in the Simpsons, together with a cyclists head (with helmet and cycling shades) about to/having just taken a bite out of the Cake.

Looking for a simple but clever and colourful design that stands out.

UPDATE: Please don't submit logos with doughnuts. I am looking for a cake.
