We are posting this contest to find a design and a concept for a Brasserie/Social bar & Deli

The venue is a remake of o very famous deli and brasserie from 1898.it is situated in the same building as in 1898
We would like a warm space where customers will feel welcomed.
Also we would like an interesting blend between the 1900th concept and a 2019th restaurant with a hipster vibe

for inspiration about the type of business you can see : https://www.kameel.at/ ( just for the idea of the business we are looking for...not for the design )

The Space will include the following:
- interior ( only FOH) with 80-100 seats ( normal tables and hight seats ). Also space for display for cold products for the deli and around 200 bottles of wine and 200 different products
- 2 exterior areas - one small are in front of the store and 1 big area on the square next to the store
in the big area we can put an outside bar/mini kitchen

We require lay out and 3d renderings for interior and exterior space

Kindly see attached space drawing for design, this is the only available files. use them to develop the concept.
also we attached photos of the current status of the place.you will see in the back of the space a big glass ceiling. it must remain like this, it is made in 1800 and we can not touch it
On the cad drawing with red is the interior space, yellow are the terraces, blue is the BOH- kitchen and purple are the toilets

Location is confidential and country as well, winner will receive further information and additional work. Also additional budget is available for an impressive project
Be creative, do not build limitation, everything is doable.

This is important. Since major part of the ceiling is that high dome, is it possible to hang chandelier/lights from the dome ceiling? Or the lights to be installed on the walls all over only?

Could you please give a bit details on the terrace location? Your aerial map suggests the terrace is situated in front of the water fountain area attached to the building.. So how exactly the terrace will be built there?
