We want to design a new compact and efficient automated car wash system. A system that uses water pressure and jet circulation to wash the car rather than moving parts. Just the water movement through jets should cover the whole car to be washed thoroughly. It is mainly being used in a car repair shop. It should be a cubicle design to encircle the car to give it a quick wash.
System Requirements are below:

1) The system must be able to flat pack for easy transport.
2) It should be able to wash a car in less than 60 seconds.
3) It should not cost more than $15000 USD.
4) It should be able to install by anyone without holding any trade skills.
5) It should be able to install in a space 8mx6m.
The opportunity to work through your design all the way to manufacturing is definitely possible. So please remember this project may go for much longer if successful.
