Hello Everyone,

The goal of this contest is to build a tool that will generate a slide with three graphs that come from two different workbooks. The presentation must have one slide per "Bucket" (China, US, EM ASIA, etc) and the three graphs for each slide must be consistent with the Bucket of the slide. The two workbooks contain a data base, which is then used to generate a pivot table, which then is used to generate a graph or a table.

In the file you will find an excel file of how the the two graphs of the upper section of the slide were manually generated. In the other excel file you will find how the lower table of the slide is generated. In Orange I highlighted the actual input data, all the others sheets of both workbooks are just an illustration of how the process is currently done using Bucket EM ASIA as an example.

The goal is by using the information on orange tabs of each workbook, generate one slide per Bucketucket in a single powerpoint.

  Thank you for your interest in the contest, that is exactly what I wanted. Nowadays is a manual process, where I generate one pivot table per graph, create the graph, paste it as an Excel Object (As a link because otherwise the ppt gets too large in MBs). I am looking a way of automatizing the process of generating the powerpoint. Could you submit an entry so we can start a private chat? Thank you!
