First person to submit a quality job of both the feature sheet and my photo will be awarded the job.

Instagram jpg is what I want to be created using my new office colors. Replicate the Instagram JPG photo using the exact same layout, just different colors.

Part 2 is to replicate my feature sheet in microsoft publisher so that I can create my own for different properties (attached).
- anywhere with a blue background should have the "obsessed grey" color .. colors found here

- anywhere with the remax collection and balloon should be replaced with the SEC elevate logo I attached
- My photo should reflect the new photo you created in part 1 of this project only it will be a rectangle, not a circle like the one already created.
- You do not need to use the photos I have in the example one... just any random photo which I can easily replace is ok ... I just want it to be easy for me to customize for each property.
