My venture, MERGE, promotes a healthy lifestyle through pop-up fitness and wellness classes. MERGE is a short acronym that stands for Mental and physical Excellence through Resilience, Grit, and Endurance. A class with MERGE educates clients and promotes public awareness about mental health, and leads them through a workout class tailored to their fitness needs.

The name MERGE came from my desire to expand beyond physical fitness with my workouts. I also want to include activities that help mental health. I am "merging" two areas of life that are very important to me and offering clients the proper tools to prioritize their wellbeing!

My next step is to create a social media presence. I plan to start off with Instagram, Facebook, and Facebook Groups. I am looking for a family of logos and wordmarks to be used across these platforms, and eventually on merchandise. Primary colors I have in mind: #a3ffcb and #000000. I would like to have secondary colors, but don't know what will pair well with what I already have. Open to suggestions!

Font: nothing bold and blocky like your typical workout gym. Something soft and dainty, almost elegant. MERGE is a welcoming environment.

As far as images, for an event I hosted I used clip art of a brain and a muscle in my advertising. Got the point across but kind of cheesy. I'm okay with these images being used in the logos but would love to explore more elaborate ways of conveying what my business is all about. I've also used two arrows pointing towards each other for a presentation to represent "merging". It was last minute, and I didn't love it. I want a creative and visually pleasing logo to stand for a business that values mental health, self-care, community, accountability, fitness, and health.

I don't want any leaves/trees in the logo.
