Logo & App Icon Design Contest – "Preotul Virtual" About the Project: We are building a spiritual mobile application called "Preotul Virtual" ("The Virtual Priest" in Romanian). The app is designed to offer users a digital space for spiritual guidance, prayer assistance, confession preparation, and access to religious texts – primarily for Romanian Orthodox Christian users. What We Need: We are looking for a talented designer to create: 1. A Logo – to represent the brand identity of the app 2. An App Icon – optimized for mobile (iOS & Android), clean and recognizable at small sizes Design Style & Direction: - The design should feel spiritual, calm, and trustworthy - Must blend a modern digital/tech aesthetic with traditional Orthodox Christian symbolism - Suggested visual elements to consider: a cross, a candle, an open book (Bible), a dove, rays of light, or a church silhouette, Praying hands A praying hands icon (similar to the ? emoji style) — clean, minimal, and modern. - Color palette suggestion: gold, deep blue, white, or burgundy – colors associated with faith and tradition - The design should NOT look outdated or overly religious in a heavy-handed way – we want something that also appeals to younger, tech-savvy users Deliverables Required: - Logo in vector format (AI, EPS, or SVG) - App icon in PNG format (1024x1024px minimum) - All source files - Light and dark background versions We Are Looking For: - Original, creative designs (no stock images or clip art) - Clean, scalable, and professional work - A designer with experience in branding or mobile app design Feel free to ask questions before submitting.
