  As I was reviewing the requirements for this project I realized that there will be great need to integrate a chat app into the dashboard. This app could be in a drawer on the right side similar to the one here on freelancer or gmail or others. This would allow manager to communicate with each other as well as with tenants at the kiosk.

  Our current dashboard is built on Angular with Bootstrap for styling. This may help guide your design decisions. If this is too restrictive for what you have in mind please be creative.

  Please note I have modified the contest to include only 1 page. I referenced Pages 1-4 in the PDF so that you understand how the page I'm requesting functions. I will select a winner from the designer who produces the best design with the best UI.
