We are an Australian Mortgage Broking and Finance Company. We aim to write loans in these volume percentages:
80% resident mortgages (owner occupied and investment)
10% Commercial
10% Asset Finance (vehicle purchase etc).

We are looking for a logo that will tie in the name of our business to the finance industry but will not look like a building company. We are looking for a corporate looking logo. Perhaps 1-2 colours.

We would specifically like a logo and the name Iron Advantage. we would like to be able to add 'Residential and Commercial Finance' below the name and logo where possible.

As our company is really seeking to attract the residential mortgage market, it would be great if we could incorporate this however we don't want the logo to make our commercial clients feel that we just write residential loans.

We would also rather stay away from logos that incorporate coins or bank notes, but rather we would rather focus on the outcome for the clients such as new property. I hope this makes sence and if oyu come up with something really great and it doesn't incorporate everything we have asked, don't be afraid to include it :) We are open to your suggestions.
