I have a small property portfolio in Hampshire. I am looking to scale up my business and leave my current job. I have had business cards made if only to be able to hand over my name and number. I knew these cards would evolve over time and that I would need to find a brand/logo or some form of recognition eventually. I now want to have some billboards and brochures made so that time is now. My first card was a reasonably simple design which I am still quite happy with. I wanted it to be a light colour so people can write on it. I write other peoples details on their cards so I have a chance of remembering them after meeting them. I am an accredited member of the National Landlords Association so I included that on the second business card. I also wanted some form of a simple house/property on the card to add as a memory jogger. My cards are black font on cream background. Moving forward with the brand I think I would still like simple font but either light blue and yellow or maybe orange through it. This is moving towards the billboard and website. The website will be based on a couple of examples I can give if I can get the brand right first. On the billboard/postcards will be the brand over the top, the message through the middle and at the bottom will be the contact email and phone number, see attached.

  I am sorry and I see your point, I have been rather vague. I have had a couple of entries which do show a full range of literature featuring various logos. I did not realise that that is what I want. I want to find a suitable brand to take forward and use with the website and billboards which are the next step. I hope this has been of some help.
  
  As far as the design/brand is concerned, I want “A & A” to be clearly recognisable and incorporate some form of symbol or picture of a house or housing. I would like the billboard to feature either light blue and soft yellow or maybe orange. I think I would prefer gentle curves rather than harsh straight lines.
